Will this PSU work with a GTX460?

Will this OCZ600SXS be enough to power a GTX460? I've read it needs a minimum +12V@24A rail. The PSU has 4 rails at +12V@18A. Will two rails join together and form a +12V@36A rail because the card takes two plugs?
