Is it worth buying the GTX460 1GB version for £30 more than the 768MB version?

Basically im buying a new graphics card and im pretty set on the GTX460 although i dont know whether to buy the 1GB version or the 768MB version..is the difference really worth the £30?? Also im open to any other recommendation of graphics card in the region of £100 - £150 if anyone knows where i can get anything better than a GTX460!|||Unless your running highish resolutions the 768MB will be fine.
