Will this CPU cause major bottlenecks with my new GTX460?

I was planning on getting a Nvidia GTX 460 but I'm concerned that it will be forced to bottleneck due to my AMD Phenom 9550 X4. The CPU runs at 2.2 Ghz as is a quad core. I will not be overclocking it at all. BTW, I'm also going to use a 600/700 watt PSU.

Thank you.|||As long as your PSU can support both chips it will be fine... the CPU does very little in terms of Graphics.

If you are playing games (I assume you are with a GTX460) then the biggest impact the CPU will have is the scripting (telling the AI what to do)
