Will a GTX460 fit in my motherboard?

I have a P5LP-LE (Lithium 2) motherboard and it seems the battery standing up will interfere with the EVGA nvidia gtx 460?|||I have two of those card in my custom built, and well that batter standing up will not be an issue and it is below the PCI slot, the card will really close to it. What you will have to make sure of is that you have enough power to run that card. The OEM compaq PSU probably does not have enough wattage to run that card.|||It looks like it should be ok. I looked at some of the pictures and I don't see a problem.
