It will support it and the highest it can go would be a gtx 580. As long as a motherboard has a pcie x16 it will work with any graphics card. You need to make sure you have a power supply that can handle it though i would suggest at the least a 500 watt power supply for the gtx 460.|||It could do it but will run very heavy. here's a link that shows you the comments of people who bought it.
